At GlossGods Cosmetics, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or email our support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
